I was working as an accounts clerk in a private company in Sri Lanka. My boss was always complaining me about my work, saying all your reports are complicated to him. And very difficult to find out any details in there.
I found he is only qualified in managing field, but not in accounts field. Then I had to always explain him, with all concepts of accountancy, when giving reports. At the beginning, it was too uncomfortable and headache to me and I think, the same feeling had to my boss too.
But I never thought to change my job and thought, however I'll reach to my aim one day.
After few months, he found my all works 100% perfect n accurate. He started always appreciate to me to all my work.
Finally he offered me promotion with unbelievable salary increment of his company. Now I have to looka after all workers of the company and supervise their work too.
Now I'm so happy with my job. All this I gained by using of my professional knowledge.
Finally I have to say, be confident and always use correct methods and rules when you work with your boss.
