Or maybe you would prefer One-to-one Coaching on Skype or over the phone. I have several leaders who have been coaching with me this way for over 5 years. Refreshed and Enlightened
The Breakthrough Leadership Telesminar course has allowed me to understand there is a different way of leadership, and that it is ok to be myself and allow others to be themselves. People are different and do things for many reasons, they are not right or wrong, they are different.
