I will Shadow Coach your leader for a week, following him/her everywhere s/he goes, providing real-time high performance leadership coaching. During the week s/he receives very pragmatic, forthright feedback and coaching along with a plan that will set him/her up to change the way s/he leads his/her people.

I will teach you and your people how to turn challenging situations and conversations into Allowing Conversations. In two and a half short days I will help you reduce the number of hours you are spending each day in resolving under-performance issues.
Or if you prefer allow me to provide you with an Independent Intervention between two people who are in conflict and help them to establish a way to work together more cohesively.
