The leaders should have qualities like they should back the people,understand their problems and try to solve their problems as early as possible,so that people can understand that there is a person who will be with them to fight against their problems.
The second and must quality is they should not loose their temper and does not get angered while solving their problems or when they don't get results for their efforts, that means they should have patience towards the problems to get solved.
And the other quality is they should go in a peaceful manner without going for conflicts for problem solving.
The last but not least is the leader should be easily accessible to the common man so that they can get their problems and can share their feelings, problems and have a good impression on the people.
All these features are important to a leader for his political career and make their political life a trend setter.
