Good qualities of a leader

A good leader needs lot of good qualities in him. I would like to put four essential qualities that a leader should posses.

1. Patience: It is one of the first and foremost qualities to become a good leader. One should have a very good listening power rather a very good speaker. Patience acts as a strengthening tool to a person. A complicated situation can be handle very easily if a leader has patience.

2. Adaptability: A good leader must be a quick learner. Leader should grasp anything that looks innovative. Creating a new idea also very necessary. A smart calculation always work better. To be adaptable a leader should posses good analytical skills too. Please make sure you are a very good and fast learner.

3. Confidence: Be confident in what you do, yet not over-confident. Over confidence can fetch harm to a deal. Make sure that whatever is being assigned to you is done in proper manner. A team member should have optimum level of confidence to achieve a deal. But it is only possible if the leader is quietly confident. Confidence of a leader makes the whole team stronger.

4.Accountability and Responsibility: A good leader must be accountable the job he does. Responsibility makes a person accountable. Whenever a project is assigned to a leader he should make sure that is done within time limit. A leader can be a quality one if he is responsible in his work.

5. These are the four major qualities that a leader should have. These qualities can be achieved easily if a leader is determined and focused in life.
